Adrea Elliott is the Project Implementation Manager for the Human Animal Support Services project.
Adrea has a background in mental health services, public health finance, business operations, and audit and compliance. Before joining HASS in November 2022, Adrea was an Operations Team Lead and Senior Project Manager for the Texas Health & Human Services Commission, where she led complex process improvement projects. Her previous nonprofit experience includes clinical coordination for the SIMS Foundation, an Austin mental health nonprofit serving the local music community.
Adrea graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a master’s degree in social work administration and policy practice, and a graduate certificate in nonprofit studies from the RGK Center for Philanthropy and Community Service. She is a licensed master social worker and holds a Project Management Professional certification.
Adrea lives in Austin with her partner Will, and their three adopted cats, Cosmo, Astro, and Muesli. In her free time, Adrea plays competitive pool—participating in amateur leagues in Austin off and on for about 20 years.
